Note to defenders of Greenberg:

Jon Greenberg aka INDY_STUD and most recently, The_Only_1

Take a honest look at what you're defending. That is, if you're capable of intellectual honesty. This is a guy who has lied to you and everyone else numerous times. You know this. Here we'll list his many lies, and also address some of the newer excuses and dismissals you apologists have been propagating.

Originally Greenberg claimed that INDY_STUD was not one of his Upoc accounts.

Our proof was too solid for this lie to last long. Far too many people sent Upoc group invites to Greenberg's cellphone number, and had the INDY_STUD handle come up on their invite list. In fact, several of his apologists he has today did this. They knew early on that Greenberg was lying. Of course, he changed his story quickly..

Greenberg claimed he had been "hacked" and even claimed to have a recorded phone conversation to prove it! 

Now he was admitting the INDY_STUD account was indeed his, but was claiming his phone and/or the Upoc account had been "hacked" and it was someone else, some mysterious "hacker" who made the chats with the underage girls, not him. He claimed he had a recorded conversation from the "hacker" who told him this. Despite numerous requests to produce this recording, Greenberg never did because in fact, it never existed. He also later admitted he'd made it all up! There was no "hacker" and no phone call.

Greenberg admitted he was INDY_STUD and did the chats, but claimed he didn't know the ages of the girls because he couldn't check profiles while using SMS. 

This lie almost sounds pretty good on its face. It's true you cannot readily check Upoc profiles while using SMS (Short Message Service) to message in Upoc. However, when you read the chats it's clear he knew the ages, because he was asking them! He was also telling the little girls he liked their profiles, showing that he was indeed, viewing them. He dropped this lie pretty quickly too, after this was pointed out.

Greenberg lied about his "trip" to Illinois to meet "trailertrash" for a fight he'd asked for. "Fight Night" in Upoc was a dud, because Greenberg didn't show!

Greenberg decided he wanted to meet and fight one of the chatters who was confronting him with our information, so a meet was arranged in Illinois. Greenberg even sent voice messages into a Upoc group, claiming to be in his car and on his way.

He somehow made the two-hour trip from Indianapolis in only 45 minutes -- in an amazing, totally silent car that left no background noise in his voice messages at highway speed! The car was amazing in another respect, he'd told trailertrash that he needed gas money for the return trip! But somehow, he was able to drive to the scene and all the way back home -- making the four-hour round trip in only two hours -- without collecting this needed cash! His "carbon footprint" must be really small! He later claimed he'd showed up at the hotel and couldn't find trailertrash, gave up and went back home.

Despite witnesses at the scene -- the booking desk at the hotel and a convenience store clerk nearby were called, trailertrash's girlfriend was with him at the hotel,  trailertrash's posession and picture of the hotel receipt, and several Upoc chatters who called "trailertrash" at the hotel where the fight was to take place, Greenberg still claimed he was there and trailertrash wasn't. Greenberg himself called trailertrash at the hotel though, asking for directions! So of course he knew trailertrash was there.

Greenberg never showed. In fact, he never even left his apartment in Indiana, as he later admitted! He's a liar, and a perv -- and yep, a coward too!

Greenberg admitted everything he'd claimed was a lie, and said he lied because he was afraid he would go to jail. He said he was afraid he would go to jail!

In a phone conversation that really WAS recorded, >click here to listen<   Greenberg admitted everything: Being the sole owner and user of the INDY_STUD account, there was NO "hacking" of his handle, doing the chats with the underage girls, and lying to conceal his behavior after he was exposed. He also said he lied because he was afraid he would be arrested. Now, ask yourself this: if a man is "innocent" why would he have any fear of being arrested? We'll have a complete transcript of this conversation shortly, for those of you without media players.

Greenberg apologists now like to claim that if Greenberg had done anything wrong, he would have been arrested, tried and convicted. 

This is the most ridiculous piece of flotsam the Greenberg apologists have ever come up with. Thousands of people each day commit crimes and are never arrested, or even detected. That makes them lucky, not innocent.

1. Greenberg is lucky because he wasn't chatting with any law enforcement officers posing as underage. It was REAL little girls who only reported him to us instead of the police.
   
2. Greenberg is lucky because in point of fact, "grooming" of underage kids online isn't necessarily illegal in all states until the perp takes some overt actions such as arranging a meet or trying to obtain nude photos of the teen. Greenberg was caught and exposed before he could take it that far with the REAL KIDS he was grooming.
3. Greenberg himself admits he lied about all of this because he was afraid he would go to jail. He knew what he'd been doing was wrong, and illegal. Out of his own mouth, he condemns himself. Need any more be said? "Innocent" and, "not arrested" don't mean the same thing, at least not in the real world. Apparently it does though, in the Greenberg apologists cellphone junkie world.

The apologists have now settled on a final story: "The chatlogs were faked." 

Sure. Right. We can't help but snicker at this one. Even though Greenberg himself admitted the chatlogs we obtained and published here are real, even after their OWN tech people and Upoc itself, said the chats are real, they continue with this lie. Upoc is SO convinced the chats are real, they even took the step of deleting the INDY_STUD account!

Lying to themselves and everyone else is these apologist and enablers main stock in trade. They now desperately cling to this most blatant of all lies, thinking that if they stay consistent now, and say it loud enough and long enough, some people will believe them. They obviously went to the Joseph Goebbels "big lie" school of propaganda.

These apologists really don't care what you do, so long as you don't get caught by law enforcement. As long as you're their little Upoc text friend, you can seek out and groom little kids for sexual assault encounters. You can lie about it, even to them, and they'll forgive you and lie for you because you're their "text buddy." It's a truly sick world these cellphone junkies live in, isn't it?

ADMIN NOTE: Upoc recently deleted the Greenberg accounts MAN-OF-HONOR and THE_REBEL. However we are aware that Greenberg is still using the service, his enablers and "Sprint Friends" are claiming he has a "secret" account which only they know. They're also falsely claiming that Greenberg's accounts were "jacked" or, stolen. This is one of the many claims Greenberg made when he was caught grooming little girls on Upoc.

This means Upoc is cooperating once again in hiding this known predator in their community, and probably changed his user account names to help him hide. This is all too typical behavior by Upoc, taking no action against the predators in their site other then helping, harboring, and enabling them.

Upoc user Jon Greenberg, aka JayGee03, JayGee06, MAN-OF-HONOR, THE_REBEL, THE_ONLY_1, about a dozen other handles, made one called INDY_STUD with the express purpose of trolling for and grooming underage girls on Upoc.com.

Here's a screengrab of one of his recently deleted incarnations on Upoc, THE_REBEL which the ever-cooperative Upoc "customer service" team previously changed the name of, from his original "jaygee03." Again we see, helping these pervs out any way they can.

This guy is still an active member in good standing in Upoc. He is a danger to kids there. Upoc knows this, yet does nothing.

Here's his latest persona, we verified it despite his claim on the profile that he's in Florida. Greenberg is now known to be using the Upoc handle The_Only_1 screengrabbed below:

Greenberg uses multiple handles on Upoc, and we have no doubt he has some we don't know about. After all, we only found out about his INDY_STUD persona after it was reported to us.

Ok, so Jon: It's good that you admitted it was really you as INDY_STUD the whole time, it's good that you admitted you lied to everyone, it's good that you admitted no one ever "set you up" and it's good that you had the courage to publicly admit all this.

BUT, TWO PROBLEMS:

1.) You were ASKING the girls their ages, as the chats clearly show. So your claim that you didn't know their ages because of SMS and not being able to check profiles? False. Not only were you asking ages, you also were checking profiles, as is illustrated in the chats posted above.

2.) The story about going through "bad times" that you seem to be using to rationalize all this, doesn't quite wash either. It's a play for sympathy that the chatlogs show isn't quite accurate. We'll demonstrate, from your chats:

Then when he calls, he wastes no time getting to what it really was all about: Phone sex with a minor. These girls who rejected him, were then subjected to harassment in the form of constant calls, threats, and flooded with text messages to their phones. A real "Man of Honor" there, huh folks?

We'll withhold the identity of these girls, for obvious reasons. They have all changed their phone numbers and Upoc identities, to get away from Jon. Another who came forward, also gave us Jon's NEW phone number, which he had changed after his "confession."

Now, what does that mean? It means that, despite being caught, busted, exposed AND confessing to all of it, he just went right back to still doing it! Yes that's right people, we got his NEW number from a NEW victim! Not one of the others from before he was caught, but a NEW one that he trolled for and tried to groom, after!
